प्रिये मित्रों।
बहुत सारे लोग व्यक्तिगत रूप से message भेजते हैं कि क्या उनका selection SSC मे हो पायेगा या नहीं।

इसका जवाब देने के लिए मैं candidates को दो category मे बाट कर समझाना चाहूँगा।

पहली category मे वोलोग आते है, जो internet के प्रेमी होते हैं। उनके लिए internet उनकी प्रेयशी से कम नहीं हैं।

कुछ लोग तो प्रातःकाल 5 बजे भी मुझे online दिखते हैं। अरे भाई, पढ़ाई के दौरान इतने सुबह internet कौन use करता हैं। मतलब उनकी सुबह ही time waste के साथ start होती हैं।

कुछ SSC के aspirants दिन भर online ही दिखते हैं, कुछ कुछ jokes डालते रहते हैं। भाई, देखो। ये सब करके समय बर्बाद करने का time selection के बाद आपको जरूर मिलेगा। लेकिन selection से पहले तो थोड़ी सी ऐतियात तो बरतनी चाहिए।

मेरे इस post से कुछ लोग राजी नहीं होंगे। वो कहेंगे कि हमने तो दिन भर online रहने के बाद भी exam easily qualify किया है। तो मैं यहाँ बतलाना चाहूँगा कि ऐसा कहने वाले या तो शुरू से ही कुशार्ग बुद्धि के होंगे या उन्होंने अपनी तैयारी को उस level मे पहले ही पहुँचा दिया होगा।

दोस्तों, जिंदगी मे समय बर्बादी के लिए बहुत time मिलेगा। लेकिन समय utilize करने के लिए बस अभी का time हैं।

अभी instragram के model बनने से अच्छा है कि आप अच्छे से पढ़ ले। क्योंकि दिन प्रतिदिन SSC मे competition बढ़ते जा रहा है।

थोड़े देर faceebook या whatsapp use करने मे कोई बुराई नहीं है। पर आपलोग जानते ही हैं, excess of everything is bad

इसलिए थोड़ा कम facebook use करे। एक दम से facebook छोड़ने की आवश्यकता नही हैं। पर उसका एक time set कर ले। और उसी time use करे।

अब बात करे दूसरी category के लोगो की-
ये वोलोग है, जिनका इंटरनेट जगत से उतना लगाव तो नही होता। पर ये पढ़ाई के दौरान एक गलती कर जाते है।
वो किसी एक subject(जिसमे वो पहले से प्रबल और उच्च क्षमता वाले हो) पर ध्यान देते हैं परंतु अपने कमजोर subject पर ध्यान नही देते।

दोस्तों याद रखो, SSC मे selection के लिए कोई अतिविद्वान होने की जरूरत नही अपितु प्रत्येक subject मे अच्छी पकड़ होनी चाहिए। एक subject के बल पर SSC crack करना इतना easy नही होता। कुछ ऐसे भी incident देखने को मिले है, जहाँ एक बन्दे ने math मे 195 marks ले आये और english मे 100 marks ही आये।
अतः प्रत्येक विषय पर समान पकड़ बनाये। कांसेप्ट4 समझें। और अपने डर से भागे नहीं

अगर किसी particular subject से डर लगता है तो उस पर भी ध्यान दे।। उससे भागे नही।

मैं समझता हूँ कि ये suggestions आपके कुछ काम आने चाहिए। इन suggestions के सार को समझने का प्रयत्न करें। अगर ये suggestion सही लगे तो इसे अपने जीवन मे अंगीकार करें। अगर suggestions सही न लगे, तो अपने विवेक से जो सही लगे, वो करें क्योंकि हम स्वयं खुद का अच्छा सोच सकते। 😊

बाधक संख्या 3- Facebook और Whatsapp मे अपने को Rockstar या Queen साबित करने की जदोजहद-

कौन popular होना नहीं चाहता। सब popular होना चाहते, चाहे popular होने के लिए उन्हें किसी भी हद तक क्यों न जाना हो।

कुछ अभिनेत्रियां व models अपने अभिनय के प्रारंभिक दौर मे जब वो अच्छे role पाने के लिए जूझ रही होती, उस दौरान वो Casting Couch जैसे ग़लत चीज़ों को भी करने को ready हो जाती।

(मैंने कुछ Model कहा। सारे models के बारे मे नहीं कहा। Mind it!) (ये explanation मुझे इसलिए देना पड़ा क्योंकि आजकल के लोग बहुत ज्यादा समझदार हो गए हैं 😊 क्या बताऊँ साहेब। एक छोटी सी statement से किसी area मे दंगे तक हो सकते।
अगर मेरी भाषा मे कहा जाए तो आज के लोगों मे E.I.(Emotional Intelligence) की बेहद कमी हो गई है। 🙂)

अब आते है काम की बात पर। आज कल के Government Job Aspirants का आधा से ज्यादा समय या यूं कहें तो सारा समय Facebook, Instagram एंड Whatsapp मे अपने आपको famous करने मे बीत जाता है।

Swag हैं भाई का, looking super hot Darlo😘। इन बातों को सुनने के लिए आज कल के Aspirants अपने mobile से अपने को चिपका कर बैठते है।

कुछ aspirants तो ये बहाना करके facebook से जुड़े रहते है कि कुछ अच्छे Group है Facebook मे, उनसे पढ़ाई अच्छी हो जाती। भाईलोग और उनकी बहन लोग, दिल पर हाथ रख कर बताना कि वाकई मैं वो केवल Group मे पढ़ाई करती है या फिर पढ़ाई के बहाने Group मे post हो रहे अनगिनत वाहियात post और comments का हिस्सा हो रहे?

मैंने तो यही देखा है कि लोग पढ़ाई करने के बहाने whatsapp या Facebook खोलते, पर group मे पढ़ाई कम, नौटंकी ज्यादा करते। लोगों के comments खोल खोल कर पढ़ते, कुछ funny comments मे खिलखिला कर हँसते औऱ अगर किसी लड़की ने कुछ help मांगा हो तो जरूरत से ज्यादा प्यार और अपना समय उसके सवाल के हल ढूंढ़ने मे लगा देते।

मैं ये नहीं कह रहा कि दूसरों की मदद करना ग़लत है। पर दोस्तों पहले अपनी तो मदद कर लो। 😉 पहले खुद तो कुछ बन जाओ। कुछ बड़ा हासिल करो। उसके बाद जी खोल कर जिंदगी और social networking sites के मज़े लेना। उस time कोई नही रोकेगा आपको। 😊

परिशिष्ट भाग(Post Script)-

आप genuinely पढ़िए सरकार। खुद को बेवकूफ़ न बनाएं। स्वयं का खुद आकलन करे और मंथन करे कि क्या सच मे वो Facebook और Whatsapp मे दिए समय के आनुपातिक लाभ प्राप्त कर रहे या नहीं। अगर यह अनुपात ऋणात्मक(negative) है तो आपको Social networking sites मे दिया जाने वाले समय को घटाना होगा ताकि ये अनुपात सकारात्मक हो जाए। मैं गणित की भाषा मे अपनी बात को समझाना चाह रहा, अब Government aspirants से ये उम्मीद तो की जा सकती है न कि वो गणित के Basic ज्ञान की भाषा को समझ सके। 😊

बाधक संख्या 2- किताबों की जमघट

जमघट लगाना किसे पसंद नहीं हैं। 😁 कभी चाय और सुट्टा पीने के बहाने भी लड़के चाय की दुकान के आगे जमघट लगाते हैं। Class वाली लड़की का setting किस लड़के के साथ है या आज कल किस कपड़े का ज्यादा फैशन हैं, ये भी लड़कियों के जमघट मे अत्यंत ज्वलनशील विषय होती।

ठीक इसी प्रकार aspirants मे किताबों की जमघट अर्थात उनका होड़ लगाना आम बात हैं। किसी बंदे ने नए किताब की तारीफ क्या कर दी, aspirants उन्हें खरीदने को आतुर हो जाते, चाहे वो किताब उनकी book shelf मे धूल की चादर क्यों न ओड़ ले।

मुद्दा ये नहीं है कि आपके पास कितनी किताबें हैं। महत्वपूर्ण ये है कि आपके द्वारा प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के लिए ख़रीदी गई किताबों के विचार(concepts) आपको समझ आए या नहीं।

मुद्दा ये नहीं है कि आपके पास सारी की सारी प्रसिद्ध(Famous) लेखकों की किताबें है या नहीं। महत्वपूर्ण ये है कि आपके पास प्रत्येक विषय का केवल एक प्रसिद्ध writer की किताब हो , जिसके सारे concepts(विचार) और पहलू आपके जेहेन मे ठीक उसी प्रकार शुशोभित हो जैसे एक सीप के अंदर मोती शुशोभित रहती है।

मैं कोई theoritical बातें नहीं कर रहा, मैं बस अपने समझ से वही बता रहा हूँ जो मैंने तैयारी के दौरान अपनी गलतियों से सीखा।

शुभप्रभात! दोस्तों, बहुत दिनों से मैं आपलोगों के समक्ष उपस्थित नहीं हो पा रहा था। messenger मे कुछ लोग मुझे group मे कुछ नया लिखने को कह रहे थें। बहुत मनन करने के बाद मैं सोचा कि कुछ ऐसा लिखूँ, जो सामान्यता प्रत्येक प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के aspirats के साथ होता हैं, जो उनके तैयारी में सबसे बड़ा बाधक बन कर उभरता हैं।

Disclaimer(अस्वीकरण)- कुछ aspirants पूरी समर्पण के साथ पढ़ाई करते और झुझते है , उनकी बस किस्मत साथ नहीं दे रही। वैसे समर्पित aspirants से आग्रह हैं कि अपना प्रयत्न जारी रखे, सफलता जरूर आपके कदम चूमेंगी।

नीचे दिए जाने वाले बाधक उपरोक्त बताएं हुए aspirants को include नहीं करता।

बाधक संख्या 1- Distraction(भटकाव)-

जब कोई aspirant अपने घर छोड़ कर कही बाहर तैयारी करने के उद्देश्य से निकलता है तो वह ठीक उसी कुँए के मेंढक की तरह होता है, जिसने पहली बार कुँए से बाहर धरती पर कदम रखा हो।

बाहर की ताम झाम और रँगीली भरी शाम देख लोग तलमला जाते हैं और किसी ऐसे गर्त में गिर जाते है, जहाँ से निकलना मुश्किल नहीं, नामुमकिन सा हो जाता। उदाहरण के तौर पर,
बाहर पढ़ने वाले लड़कों मे शराब की लत दोस्तों के साथ रहते लग जाती और उन्हें जो पढ़ने के लिए घर से पैसे दिए जाते, वो तो शराब मे उड़ जाते।

जब कोई बाहर पढ़ने जाता तो उन्हें प्यार होना भी लाज़मी है। कहा जाता हैं न "opposite attracts"। बस यही हो जाता लड़के और लड़कियों में। वो अपना ज्यादा समय किसी लड़की या लड़के के प्यार मे गुजार देते। रात भर प्यार भरी बातें होती रहती और रात से सवेरा हो जाता। अरे भाई, प्यार करने से किसने रोका हैं। पर सही time मे प्यार करो न किसी से। पहले कुछ बन तो जाओ। रात भर whatsapp मे video chat एंड flirt करने मे निकाल दोगे तो पढ़ाई कब करोगे। ये बात लोगो को काफी देर समझ आती, जब समय या तो निकल जाता या समय चरम सीमा पर पहुँच जाता।

भाई लोग, समय का चक्र चलते रहता। समय का सदुपयोग करो ,नहीं तो वो कहावत चरितार्थ हो जाएगी, "फसले तो गिरले रे बेटा"। 😉

Posting in-

Different Divisions of PWD department e.g. Irrigation,Road,Building,RWD Division etc. and not in AG Office.

Your Head in Office-

Da is posted in Excecutive Engineer's Office.So your boss will be only Excecutive Engineer and all other staffs of the division will be your subordinates. Even Excecutive Engineer will also avoid to be at daggers drawn with the DA due to the fact that DA can stop the work of the division.

Posting-

You get state cadre in DA. That means you will remain in the same state whole of your life. But there is a provision of mutual transfer.DA post is not in every state. Delhi, Rajasthan Da selected candidates can't get their home state as these states have no DA recruited by SSC.

Work Nature-

1. No clerical work

2. You are signing authority and senior mostmember of entire division. So, you have to check each and every voucher of Contractor.Not even one bill of Contractor can be passed without your signature.

3. DA needs to verify establishment related work also. For example, If any employee gets increment then DA will have to scrutiny whether it is according to related norms or not.

4. As I said, DA has signing authority so, You don't do any file work. Plus you should be very careful while signing any document or bill. You should be well versed with the rules of Public Works Account Code. Huge amount of contractor's bill can be cleared byyour signature. So, you can imagine how much responsible your post is. But no need to worry. Gradually, you will master everything. Just be watchful in work.

Work Pressure-

No pressure at all. You can complete your work within 2 hours and can leave the office immediately. Nobody will force you to stay in Division if you have completed your work.

Infrastructure-

Worst Infrastructure.When I had joined my division, I felt like fish out of water. My office is like a dilapidated building. For Infrastructure,I will give 1 marks out of 10.

Promotion-

You can get only 3 promotion in DA. Even after promotion,your work nature will remainthe same.

Promotion Hierarchy is like this-DA(4200 gp) < DAO 2(4600 gp) <DAO 1(4800gp) < Senior DAO(5400 gp)

Social respect-

Less social respect. You will get a lot of respect in office. But in society,a few people know about this post.

Posting Area-

You can also be posted in small town or village. Those who are not comfortable to live in village,should avoid it. I am not saying that you will definitely be posted in a village but it depends upon your luck whether you get a town or village as your posting place.

Government quarter-

Yes,you can get government quarter but the condition of quarter in almost all the areas are not upto the mark.

Confirmation Exam-

You will have to clear DAGE exam to be permanent in this cadre. You will be given 3 chance to clear the exam. More 3 chances can be given if AG desires so. In a nutshell,you will get 6 chances to clear the exam. If you don't clear the exam even in 6 attempts,you will be demoted.This exam is not a cake walk. You will have to labour hard to clear the exam. But when one can clear SSC CGL exam then clearing DA exam is not a hard nut to crack.

There are 5 papers to clear the exam including regional language paper. That means that you will have to pass regional language of the state in which you get your posting if You didn't read that regional language in your matriculation.

For example, If you get Westbengal cadre in DA and you had not read Bangla in your matriculation then you will have to pass Bangla paper as well.

SAS Exam-

You will be eligible for taking SAS Exam after 3 years of your service. Through SAS, you can become AAO.

Pros-

Cons-

1. Worst Infrastructure

2. less social respect

3. You will be one man army in office.

SSC tier 2 preparation tips

This post is for all Ssc aspirants specially for those who are going to appear in tier 2 of Ssc this year…

Hello guys..As all of u know that tier 2 of Ssc is going to be held in October.. so u have one month or so.. so if any of u has not started the preparation of tier 2 and waiting for the result,just start your preparation asap.

. if anyone is thinking to start their tier 2 preparation now but feeling frustrated whether they will be able to prepare for tier 2 in this short period or not..then listen to me..u have the capacity and capabilities to do miracles in life..our mind is very diverse and unique..if u think that u have to crack the tier 2 exam anyhow this time,your subconscious mind will start working on it and u will be amazed by the results of your firm determination..So start preparing for tier 2 asap with full dedication…

 I personally know a guy who has cleared tier 1 three times continuously but was not able to clear tier 2.. he used to be very frustrated and i can feel his pain..he used to say that he can’t clear tier 2..this negative thinking is ruling over his mind..but after spending time with him , I realized that he is very good in arithmetic..he can solve the questions without pen and paper..but I do realise that he is weak in geometry section..that is his weak point.. but the problem is that he doesn’t make efforts to improve this section.. he always used to escape it.He is from hindi medium.So his English is weak..but he never try to make effort to improve this section.. I always used to tell him to please read newspaper daily and try to understand and grasp the meaning..But he never make such an effort .. I am saying this all to suggest u all to not to escape from your weak section..

 Escaping is not the solution.. ultimately it will lead to failure.. u will have to work over your weak section.. may be initially u will find difficulties.. and it may be possible that negative thoughts will start taking their seat in your mind..but never let the negative thoughts capture u..just think about the positive side..think that this is crucial time to make efforts.. after someday u will realise that u r gaining command over your weak section.

.I am also from hindi medium..during my preparation time, i used to become very sad.. my English was also weak..but I always used to make effort without thinking about the past..and it helped me to score decent marks in English.. so it’s my request to all that please dont loose hope..don’t brood over past.. one thing more..I have seen people becoming jealous when any other students of their locality get success in any competitive exam..dont be jealous.. jealousy and fear drain much of the power of your mind..so don’t be jealous.. feel happy for them with a firm determination that u will also crack the exam and come with flying colours..

just keep this in mind ,”when he can clear the exam,then I can also clear the exam”.. because God doesn’t do partiality.. he has given equal power to all his sons..but what makes a man successful is his firm determination and perseverance towards his goal.. so please be positive.. start working on your weak areas.. make genuine efforts.don’t make excuses that “hum to itna padhte hai but hamara nahi hota selection”..this excuse will jUST console u for a moment..but such excuse breaks your positivity and determination.. So take a firm step to achieve your target.. dont fret over your past defeat..just give your best with positive mind set.. and always remember these words,”God help those who help themselves”.
