Your Head in Office-

Da is posted in Excecutive Engineer's Office. So your boss will be only Excecutive Engineer and all other staffs of the division will be your subordinates. Even Excecutive Engineer will also avoid to be at daggers drawn with the DA due to the fact that DA can stop the work of the division.

You get state cadre in DA. That means you will remain in the same state whole of your life. But there is a provision of mutual transfer.DA post is not in every state. Delhi, Rajasthan Da selected candidates can't get their home state as these states have no DA recruited by SSC.

Work Nature-

1. No clerical work

2. You are signing authority and senior mostmember of entire division. So, you have to check each and every voucher of Contractor. Not even one bill of Contractor can be passed without your signature.

3. DA needs to verify establishment related work also. For example, If any employee gets increment then DA will have to scrutiny whether it is according to related norms or not.

4. As I said, DA has signing authority so, You don't do any file work. Plus you should be very careful while signing any document or bill. You should be well versed with the rules of Public Works Account Code. Huge amount of contractor's bill can be cleared byyour signature. So, you can imagine how much responsible your post is. Social respect-

Less social respect. You will get a lot of respect in office. But in society,a few people know about this post.

Posting Area-

You can also be posted in small town or village. Those who are not comfortable to live in village, should avoid it. I am not saying that you will definitely be posted in a village but it depends upon your luck whether you get a town or village as your posting place.

Government quarter-

Yes,you can get government quarter but the condition of quarter in almost all the areas are not upto the mark.

SSC tier 2 preparation tips

This post is for all Ssc aspirants specially for those who are going to appear in tier 2 of Ssc this year…

Hello guys..As all of u know that tier 2 of Ssc is going to be held in October.. so u have one month or so.. so if any of u has not started the preparation of tier 2 and waiting for the result, just start your preparation asap.

. if anyone is thinking to start their tier 2 preparation now but feeling frustrated whether they will be able to prepare for tier 2 in this short period or not..then listen to me..u have the capacity and capabilities to do miracles in life..our mind is very diverse and unique..if u think that u have to crack the tier 2 exam anyhow this time, your subconscious mind will start working on it and u will be amazed by the results of your firm determination..So start preparing for tier 2 asap with full dedication…

I personally know a guy who has cleared tier 1 three times continuously but was not able to clear tier 2.. he used to be very frustrated and i can feel his pain..he used to say that he can’t clear tier 2..this negative thinking is ruling over his mind..but after spending time with him , I realized that he is very good in arithmetic..he can solve the questions without pen and paper..but I do realise that he is weak in geometry section..that is his weak point.. but the problem is that he doesn’t make efforts to improve this section.. he always used to escape it.He is from hindi medium. So his English is weak..but he never try to make effort to improve this section.. I always used to tell him to please read newspaper daily and try to understand and grasp the meaning..But he never make such an effort .. I am saying this all to suggest u all to not to escape from your weak section..

Escaping is not the solution.. ultimately it will lead to failure.. u will have to work over your weak section.. may be initially u will find difficulties.. and it may be possible that negative thoughts will start taking their seat in your mind..but never let the negative thoughts capture u..just think about the positive side..think that this is crucial time to make efforts.. after someday u will realise that u r gaining command over your weak section.

.I am also from hindi medium..during my preparation time, i used to become very sad.. my English was also weak..but I always used to make effort without thinking about the past..and it helped me to score decent marks in English.. so it’s my request to all that please dont loose hope..don’t brood over past.. one thing more..I have seen people becoming jealous when any other students of their locality get success in any competitive exam..dont be jealous.. jealousy and fear drain much of the power of your mind..so don’t be jealous.. feel happy for them with a firm determination that u will also crack the exam and come with flying colours..

just keep this in mind ,”when he can clear the exam, then I can also clear the exam”.. because God doesn’t do partiality.. he has given equal power to all his sons..but what makes a man successful is his firm determination and perseverance towards his goal.. so please be positive.. start working on your weak areas.. make genuine efforts.don’t make excuses that “hum to itna padhte hai but hamara nahi hota selection”..this excuse will jUST console u for a moment..but such excuse breaks your positivity and determination.. So take a firm step to achieve your target.. dont fret over your past defeat..just give your best with positive mind set.. and always remember these words,”God help those who help themselves”.

stay motivated 😊 2😉

Hello all,

It has been 4 years this “Adamant Sagar” Id was created by me for preparation of SSC CGL and getting updates regarding exam

then SSC CGL mai case ka Silsila suru hua.. hearing pe hearing.. was frustrated.. I was at sea ..what to do.. where to go.. it seemed as if everything was ruined then..

Being a simple graduate in commerce, there was no other option but to prepare for SSC. But everything was vague then.. #case_nitant_cancellation_dharna_frustration..

Then got the news of cancellation of exam when I was on the way to Kolkata..I was totally shattered..

Everything was just vanished then.. owing to frustration which SSC had brought with it, compelled me to think about any other option..

At that juncture, I thought,”SSC has become like five year plan. SSC ka kuch na hona ab”.. so Finally I took admission in IPCC(CA) in Kolkata half hearted.. room le liya.. coaching ka pata v kr liya..

Lekin jo nahi kiya ..wo ye ki bus Kolkata gaya nahi.. kyunki somewhere in my heart, the love for SSC was checking my path to CA.. 😛😛

But I was fully determined,” SSC ko ab ankh v Utha kr nahi dekhna hai😛😛😛

Then got the news of re-examination of SSC CGL 2013. I was determined enough that I would not take the exam and I would concentrate on CA only. But bhaiya insisted me to just take the exam. Papa bole ki “CA kro ab. No more SSC”

Again I was plummeting in mire of illusion of SSC. 😂😂 Then I again gathered strength to prepare for tier 1. This re- examination emerged as blessing in disguise..Appeared in the examination.. and scored around 123-125.. It was not a good marks.. still I thought that atleast I cleared one phase of the exam..

Then again started preparing for Ssc tier 2 and scored good marks.. I thought ki itne marks mai to Inspector ban hi jaunga 😉..but when Ssc published result of tier 2, I was shocked by the cut off marks.. I was like 😲😲😲😲. But finally managed to get interview call..

I had to prepare for the Interview.. Target interview group helped me alot in interview phase.. met with brilliant guys there in that group.. the way they used to present their views relating to static and current topics was awesome.. at that time I thought I stand no where with them..

But gradually I started taking part in their discussion.. and it helped me to gain confidence and I realised that I have hidden potential.. infact everyone has hidden potential to do impossible things, u just need to take a step of faith…

Finally I scored decent marks in interview.. 😊 this is the story of this Adamant Sagar ID..

In a nutshell, the essence of the story is-

1. Believe in yourself and God. God sab acha karenge bus u just need to keep a step of faith along with your hard work.

2. Never underestimate yourself. U don’t know your capabilities and hidden potential.

3. You will get lots of twist and turn in your life during preparation phase as depicted in my story. But no need to worry. Just keep the wheels rolling. Everything will be on the right track.

4. Unfortunately many of you couldn’t clear the cut off of tier 1 this year. No need to brood over it now.Instead work hard. You will definitely come with flying colours.

P.S.- 1. Ignore grammatical errors,if any.. bahut jaldi mai likha hu..

2. I have used both English and Hindi so that u don’t get bored while reading it..

Stay motivated 😊

Hello All,
I hope you are doing well. Tier 1 answer key has already been published by SSC.

Everyone would have calculated their marks. Some would be happy with their performance and some would be disappointed with their result.

‌First of all, heartiest congratulation to all who are getting decent marks in SSC. Those who are not getting good marks , would be on the verge of despair.
‌ This message is for those who are not happy with their performance. Guys, don't lose hope. I know you burnt mid night oil. Still you didn't performed well.
‌Now some would be cursing caste system for their non selection. Some would be cursing SSC stating that they are corrupt.
Guys, I would like to say here that we should not blame others for not getting good marks. We always tend to blame others for our failures. It's high time you should stop yourself doing this.

You are the sole reason for your happiness and sorrows. I am not saying that you didn't work hard. I just wanna say that competition are increasing by leaps and bounds. SSC aspirants are labouring very hard. This is the reason why cut off is increasing.

Now If you really wanna crack SSC then you will have to increase your preparation  and dedication level.

It's not necessary to study round the clock. But quality study is necessary. Because at last quality matters, not quantity. Whenever you study, just study. That means you should just concentrate on your studies while you are studying.

Avoid gadgets while studying.

Last but not the least.. You should be hopeful everytime. Nothing is impossible. Those who are getting selected are not aliens. Never think that they are aliens or they are God gifted. They are just simple guys who just live their dreams.

God has given equal efficiency to each and everyone.  You just need to take a step of faith. He is always there for you. You just need to give your best.

Life is a precious gift. And government job is just a means to live. So, one should never ever think to commit suicide if they don't clear any exam. Government job is not everything. You can earn handsome money even in private job. So I would like to suggest that prepare and give your best for government jobs. But if u don't clear the exams, don't lose hope. Private jobs are always there for your livelihood.

Give your best. Don't lose hope.

Internet shinternet 😉😉

Stay blessed

P.S.- 1. Sorry for this elongated message .

         2. Don't use abusive language for persons who are from socially backward class. We are one. Don't fight with one another on petty issues like caste.
I am also against reservation but that doesn't mean that I am against of our brothers and sisters from different castes. We are one. We should respect everyone irrespective of their caste. We are Indians.thats it.

   3. Don't start asking me about the cut off because I am not good at predicting cut off.

  4. Descriptive paper is introduced first time in SSC. So I don't have much knowledge regarding this. That is why I am not posting anything in this regard.

  5. Himmat mat haro. Apna best do.

Good luck. Big boss 😉

success mantra to clear SSC

#Success_Mantra
Many  job aspirants don't clear competitive exams. Have you ever asked  yourself why it happens? There are a lot of suggestions in internet telling you  about the strategies to crack exams. But they don't tell you about the reasons why many job aspirants fail.

So let me shed some lights over it-

1. Books, Books and Books-

I have observed that SSC and bank aspirants are running behind books. They always ask about books to different selected candidates.
See, it's not necessary that selected candidates would have read same books to clear exams. There are a lot of books for each subject in the market. And every book is good in its own way.

But the problem with aspirants is that they think that if they  read all the books mentioned by selected candidates, they will be able to come up with flying colors.

Guys, I always suggest that quality matters, not quantity. You just read one book for each subject thoroughly and revise it time and again. That's more than enough.

So instead of brooding over books, pick up one or two books which you feel are your cup of tea and then complete them thoroughly.

2. Mujhe tips and strategies Chahiye 😛-

Sare aspirants Ko tips Chahiye sare logo se jinka selection hua h..The Same rule stated in point no. 1 applies here.

See, there are different ways and paths to go to the door of success. There is not a single path that leads to the door of success. If you choose one particular path and goes in that direction, you will certainly get the door of success. But If you try to go to all ways and paths at one time, you will just completely mess your life.

What I am trying to say is that every selected candidate has his own strategies. It's not necessary that every selected candidate would have adopted same strategy. So it's useless to ask everyone about their strategy.

Instead of that, just go through some good sites like Ssctube, sscnaukari, qmaths.in etc and read strategies given by selected candidates and then choose the one which suits you. And start following them and stop asking each and every candidate about his strategies. It will just drain your energy.

3. "Pyar ka punchnama"-

You would have heard the dialogue in movies, "pyar Kiya nahi jata, bus ho jata hai".
Come out of these bullshits if you really wanna do something bigger and better in your life.

I am not saying that loving someone is a sin or it will destroy your life. I am just saying that it's not necessary to fall in love because everyone else in your family or friend circles has girlfriend or boyfriend.

Don't fall in love. Instead rise in love. And one can rise in love, only when he/she truly loves a person.
See,there is a slight difference between love and lust. Most of the job aspirants are between 20's and 30's. And owing to harmonal changes, we feel that we need someone to whom we can love , we can spend time with. And these thoughts lead us to flirt with a guy or a gal. It has been observed by me that in social media, friendship with opposite sex starts with chat and flirt. And then it changes to lust.

And gradually you start falling with that person. And the love which comes out of lust is very complicated and risky and it results  in unhealthy , complicated and tensed relationship.

As I said above that it started with flirt. When you see a person of opposite gender who is handsome (if he is a guy) or beautiful (if she is a girl) with great figure, you start getting attracted to that person. And you start flirting or chatting with them with the thought that it's just for fun and refreshments.gradually
you start chatting romantic things with them
And most of the time, such kind of fun leads to some kind of complicated relationship. You start feeling something for them. In short, you start loving them.
And these type of love which comes out of lust leads to disturb your mind and soul.
This is the main reason why most of the young chaps are not able to concentrate in their life goals. It spoils everything.

So guys, if you really wanna do something bigger in your life then start concentrating which matters most.

Love is not bad. And one should fall for someone if it's true love. But love is part of life. Don't make it your Single goal. There are many things that should be done at the right time. And a good respectable job is one of them.

4. Spending too much time in social media-

Stop wasting your time in social media. I am not saying to not to use social media. Do use it to connect with your family and friends. But don't spend too much time in it.
Excess use of social media leads to some kind of disturbance and disconcentration.
Try to live "real life" instead of "virtual Life". 😉

5. "Bahut competition hai bhai,Apun se na ho payega .."-
This kind of nature will not lead you anywhere. It will just demotivate you.
Lord Buddha had said,"what you think, you become". So if you think that you can't clear an exam then you will definitely get the taste of failure. Stay positive and stay with positive people

P.S.- 1. Sorry for the elongated message. But it's necessary to clear each and everything

2. Avoid grammatical mistakes, if any.

How to screw up your preparation

How to screw up your preparation-

Sounds peculiar??
Yeah, you have read it right.
Everyone suggests ,"how to prepare for the exam".

But this post will help you to know what are the obstacles between you and your success.

These are basic yet useful tips. I hope you would like it. 😊

1. Too much use of social media-
We are in an era of technology. Many of us are tech freaks. We use instagram to show how much famous we are and how many pouts we can make 😉. We use facebook for the thirst of likes as if it is the only source to fill our empty stomach 😉. We swipe right if we want to hook up and if someone is not that smart then we immediately swipe left. That is what our life has become. We are just plummeting in the mire of illusion of social media.

Guys, if you really want to do something bigger and better in your life then just note down my suggestion, "avoid social media".

I am not saying to deactivate your account.
I am just trying to say that fix a definite time for all these things. Fix a time when you will use social media. This is just applicable during preparation phase.

After selection, do whatever you want. But till your selection, you should curtail the time limit devoted on social medias.

Now Many of you will say that we have already cracked the exam without avoiding social media. Guys, here I am referring to mediocre students like me. Super brilliant students can manage everything 😊.

But if one is mediocre in studies then one should limit one's use of social media.

2. Mai Alcoholic hu-

Many of you would have addcited to alcohol  That's all right. But scientific studies has shown that alcohol affects your memory.

Many of you would have used alcohol when you were very much depressed or your preparation was not going the way you want. But it's not the solution of your problem. Always remember, you can't tackle a situation by avoiding the problem. You will have to face it. You will have to defeat it. 😊
So, limit the use of alchol.

3. Casual relationships-

All of us love to flirt. It feels good when one talks to opposite sex. Many of us indulge ourselves in casual relationships.

Sometimes these casual relationships turn out to be complicated relationships. It's very hard to get out of it. If you are in casual relationships during your preparation time then it definitely affects your studies. You become used to it. You start avoiding your studies and your whole time motions around these relationships and their complications. So avoid these relationships atleast at the time of preparation phase 😉.

4. Too much books-

I always get a lot of messages regarding books. If I suggest some books to somone then they ask about other writers' books.

Guys, always remember "quality matters, not quantity".

Limit your books. Pick up good books and read  it time and again. It's better to complete one or two books of one subject instead of reading 10 books of a particular subject because by reading 10 books, you will just mess up everything. Always avoid it .

These are the tips to screw up your preparation 😜

Always remember, nothing is impossible , even impossible says, I+M+POSSIBLE. 😊

Good luck. 😊

P.S.-Avoid grammatical errors,if any.
